Even at a young age, Deanna Maio was systematizing things in her life. From the decimalization of her own book collection, to the way she ran a borrowing program for those books.

Deanna was able to use those early years of experience when she landed a job as the person who created the systems, which trained and grew a whole Fortune 500 company. Solving problems, creating development programs, managing projects, crafting training programs, and delegating tasks were a daily norm for 10 years.

Whether it was software or hardware, process creation, removing an obstacle, solving interpersonal employee issues or helping leaders face the behaviors that were sabotaging their results… Deanna was able to step in and provide workable solutions quickly.

More than 6 years ago, she took that knowledge of business growth and turned it into her own business opportunity to help entrepreneurs just like you, all around the world.

Deanna has seen the strategies she teach applied in the corporate world, in her clients’ businesses, and in her own business, where she actively delegate to this day. She says, I could never continue to grow my business and do what I do, without the help of my staff… and neither can you.

She goes on: One of my biggest passions in life is music and performing. I have my own band, The Downbeats, and we actively perform on the music scene here in Portland.

I recently took a plunge of a deeper commitment to my music. I wanted to move it up from being a part-time hobby and turn it into a pillar of my life… and I want to bring you along for the ride.

I’m trying to fulfill a life-long dream, just like you are with your business. We face many struggles in making our dreams come true, both internal and external.
