Candy Barone, also known as the “Pull-No-Punches” Accountability Powerhouse, is a certified master coach, certified Law of Attraction practitioner, certified trainer, professional speaker, and author. She is a master at helping people identify their inner superhero by getting crystal clear on their goals, identifying the barriers getting in their way, and then creating an action plan to get rid of the “noise.”

Candy’s diverse and expansive leadership experience (nearly 20 years in Corporate America, with companies like Johnson Controls, GE Healthcare, and Northwestern Mutual) has provided her with extensive tools to help grow business professionals and future leaders, build exceptional, high-performing teams, and catapult individuals to a level of superhero status.

After going through her own personal and professional assessment, Candy made the decision to leave the corporate world in order to give her full attention to building out her own dream and purpose. In addition to running her own business, Candy also serves as a trainer for the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF), a facilitator coach for the The Alternative Board (TAB), a business coach for Texas Women in Business, and a Chapter Director for Public Speakers Association in Round Rock, TX. She was named a VIP Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and also volunteers by giving time in her community.

She is a change agent who advocates empowerment, leadership and social responsibility. Candy lives in Austin, TX, with her puppy, Payton (who is the love of her life), and loves to spend her free time outdoors hiking, kayaking, or paddle boarding, or training MMA style.
